How to Place Orders
Payments
All shipments must be paid at the time of purchase with credit card (VISA,
MASTER CARD, or AMERICAN EXPRESS) or with prior-established credit. DO NOT
SEND YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO US VIA EMAIL. Call, fax or mail
it to us separately. Be sure to include your expiration date.
We can keep you card information on file for future orders, if you wish.
If not paying by credit card, you can pay with money order or check.
Please keep in mind that we cannot hold merchandise, while awaiting money
order or check payment. (For example: If you need a shoe which
happens to be the last one in stock of that size, it may be sold by the
time we receive your money order or clear your check. In that case, we will
refund your payment for the unavailable merchandise.) Orders paid by
personal check are held 15 business days until the check has cleared. All
payments must be made in U.S. funds, drawn on a U.S. bank. To speed your
order, send a money order for the total amount.
Dealer Information and Credit
Shipments against open accounts are subject to the terms
and conditions stated in our complete credit policy. Call
724-662-0808 for quantity pricing information.
Please note: We
will be establishing contracts with all dealers and wholesale purchasers,
beginning September 1, 2003. When you place your first order after this
date, we will be including a contract for you to review and sign. This
will need to be returned to us before your subsequent purchase.
Shipping
We generally ship by UPS unless we receive specific shipping instructions
otherwise. All merchandise is subject to a shipping
charge F.O.B. Mercer, PA. Please give us your complete
street address. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box!
Regular UPS shipping charges for the continental United States are
stated below:
Merchandise total = $1 - $50 = $6.00 + a UPS fuel
surcharge
Merchandise total = $50 - $100 = $7.00 + a UPS fuel
surcharge
Over $100, please call toll-free for a shipping quote
We
will need to pass all surcharges along on orders at the existing UPS rate when
shipped. Please call toll free for the amount of the fuel surcharge UPS
is currently adding. You can call us toll free for an up-to-the-minute shipping
quote.
We will be pleased to estimate a merchandise UPS arrival time on telephone
order. Please let your local delivery person know to expect a package.
If
a few extra days have passed and the merchandise is not received, please
contact us so we can trace your shipment. UPS is also offering a
free service. If you provide us with your email address, UPS will send
you an email when they pick up your package. They will provide you with
an estimated arrival time and a tracking number so that you can track your
package. We do not use your email address for any other purpose or give
it to anyone but UPS. UPS also indicates that they do not disclose email
addresses.
International customers please call or fax for a shipping quote. Also
please
note: Many countries have special requirements on incoming
international packages. We are pleased to send packages to customers
overseas, but cannot be responsible for special requirements beyond name, address, and the contents marking: Folk dancing supplies. We
recommend that you inquire at your local receiving post office, concerning
any additional package and customs requirements. Examples may be,
but not limited to, the following: Passport number, local telephone
number, detailed contents classification code number or other special
marking on package. Please provide all of this information when
placing your order.

Policy
All orders are doubly checked and carefully packed. If damage or shortage occurs,
report immediately to the carrier for inspection as our liability ceases upon
delivery to the carrier.
If you wish to return merchandise within 30 days, call for an authorization number.
Please pack merchandise to be returned in the original packaging with your
return address and instructions for replacement or refund. You must
call for a return authorization number. Merchandise returned may be
eligible for a refund. No refund on shipping charges unless merchandise

Mercer, PA 16137. Absolutely no merchandise can be returned without a return authorization number.
Special orders, where specified, are not returnable.
All merchandise is non-returnable after 30 days.
