Print - Attaching Your STEVENS STOMPERS® Glue-On Clogging Taps

     Some shoes have soles that may not allow you to attach taps with nails or screws.  For these you may wish to use Glue-On Regular or BUCK TAPS^®.  Glue-Ons do not have the nail holes and may be attached using a variety of commercially available adhesives found in hardware stores or purchased from us (see one possibility, below).  

     *Please note that some shoes may not permit attachment of taps with glue.  (Often this is because the material in the sole is too soft to hold the tap).
