Refund Policy* - Stevens Clogging Supplies

ALL SHOES MUST BE FITTED ON A CARPETED SURFACE

Merchandise may ONLY be refunded if it is in BRAND NEW condition!  We cannot accept shoes back for refund if they are dirty or worn or if they have scratches on the taps (unless they are judged to be defective).  
We cannot accept shoes with GLUE-ON TAPS attached.  Please note:  Tap dance shoes are not subject to our one free exchange policy.

To keep shoes new,
fit on soft, indoor carpet
or a rug.
Do not try on concrete
or asphalt.
Do not try on tile floors
or other surfaces.

If you wish to send your shoes back for a refund, take them off immediately.  Re-wrap them in the tissue paper and return them to the white shoe box.  Enclose the white shoe box(es) in brown shipping box, to protect the shoe box(es) during shipping.  Do not send shoes in white box only.  Use box filler to make sure white shoe boxes do not move around loose in shipping box.  Include your original invoice.

Do not return shoes in
the white shoe box only.
Be sure to put white box
in brown shipping box.

Then call us at 1-800-722-8040 for a return authorization number.  This number is valid, as long as merchandise is shipped back within one week, and needs to be written on your white invoice copy. The white invoice copy will then go in the shipping box to be returned with your shoes.  (Keep your credit card receipt.)  
Close brown box and tape securely.

YOU MUST CALL FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE and
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES REQUIRE A WHITE INVOICE COPY

NO Refund after 30 days.

*Our Refund Policy does not reimburse your shipping charge, unless your merchandise is determined to be defective.  You will have to pay to send them back to us.  When we get them, we will inspect them.  As long as shoes and taps are not marked or worn and are in original condition, we will refund your merchandise total at your request.  Please note: there is a $3.00 charge for any white shoe box which is marked or damaged.  All returns and exchanges relating to the same order must be sent at the same time.  Special orders, where noted, are not refundable.  No refunds will be made without an original invoice.
