International Customers - Ordering Information

We are pleased to ship clogging supplies to any destination, which is in conformity with all US and international laws.  The following information is intended to help you place an international order from Stevens.

The information on our website is intended to be as clear and complete as possible.  But if you do have questions regarding products or other matters, you can email us at: sales@stevens-clogging.com with your questions.  If you would rather fax us 24 hours per day, the number is 724-662-2050 [please be sure to include your return fax or telephone information, including appropriate times to respond to your query].  We can also be reached by telephone from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Eastern time Monday through Friday.  Our telephone number is 724-662-0808.  And, of course, you can always mail us at:

To place an order, use the Order Form.  Fax or mail it 24 hours a day to the contact information given above.  You can also telephone or email your order, but do not send your credit card information by email.

We accept the following payment options, all in US dollars:
1.) A credit card is usually the best way to pay (fax, mail, or call you account information).  Be sure to let your credit card company know that you are authorizing us to bill your account, so that there will not be a problem with our placing a US charge on your card.  
2.) You can also send an international bank wire transfer.  To do this, we will need to fax you the information.  Our bank charges $15 to process incoming wires, and we will need to add this amount to your order.  Please be advised that it often takes 3 weeks for the banks to complete transfer information, and this will slow up sending your order.
3.) We can accept checks which are denominated in US dollars and are drawn on a US bank.  Some foreign banks have US affiliates to accomplish this.  If we incur any fees, we will need to add that amount to your order when processing.  It is also important to note that it may take up to 3 weeks for us to receive notification that the check has cleared.  That may delay shipping your package.

International customers please note and include the following additional information* with your order:
Please specify if you want your package sent by:  � Surface or  � Air delivery.
Surface packages are sent by the postal service.  Air shipments are sent by the postal service unless customer specifies UPS shipping.  We recommend Air delivery, unless you can wait 6 months for your package.  Packages can only be declared at their actual value through customs and sent in conformity with all applicable laws.

*Please note:  Many countries have special requirements on incoming international packages.  When sending packages overseas, we cannot be responsible for special requirements beyond name, address, and contents marking: Folk dancing supplies.  We recommend that you inquire at your local receiving post office or customs office, concerning any additional package and customs requirements.  Examples may be, but are not limited to, the following:  Passport number, local telephone number, detailed contents classification code number or other special marking on your package.  To avoid delays and possible additional charges, please provide all of this information when placing your order.
