ALL SHOES MUST BE FITTED ON A CARPETED SURFACE
Shoes may ONLY be exchanged in BRAND NEW condition!  We cannot accept clogging shoes back for exchange if they are dirty or worn or if they have scratches on the taps (unless they are judged to be defective).  Making alteration(s) to shoes or taps voids all warranties, and we cannot accept shoes with GLUE-ON TAPS attached for exchange or return..  Please note: Tap dance shoes are not subject to the one free exchange policy.

If your shoes do not fit, take them off immediately.  Re-wrap them in the tissue paper and return them to the white shoe box.  Enclose the white shoe box(es) in brown shipping box, to protect the shoe box(es) during shipping.  Do not send shoes in white box only.  Use box filler to make sure white shoe boxes do not move around loose in shipping box.

Then call us at 1-800-722-8040 for a return authorization number. This number is valid, as long as merchandise is shipped back within one week, and needs to be written on your white invoice copy. The white invoice copy will then go in the shipping box to be returned with your shoes.  (Keep your credit card receipt.) Close brown box and tape securely.

*Our "free shipping on your first exchange policy" applies only to domestic shipments, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.  You will have to pay to send them back to us.  (We do not refund shipping on any original order unless merchandise was determined to be defective.)  When we get them, we will inspect them.  As long as shoes and taps are not marked or worn and are in original condition, we will exchange them for the size you want, re-install new taps (if you ordered them) and send them back free of charge (this does not include express shipping).  This applies only to the first exchange per order.  All returns and exchanges relating to the same order must be sent at the same time.  Special orders, where noted, are not returnable.  All exchanges must be accompanied by an original invoice.  Please note: there is a $3.00 charge for any white shoe box sent back on exchange, which is marked or damaged.
