We try to have procedures in place that eliminate errors.
Occasionally however, errors do occur, especially when we are busy.
If there is a mistake on our part, we will work with you to get the matter
resolved to your satisfaction. There
is one exception to our policy. All shipments from us to correct a
problem will utilize Regular Ground Shipping. Our pricing is conservative, to give customers the best possible value. Shipping costs of carriers have been increasing substantially, especially for express shipments. There is no way that our pricing allows us to make up for a mistake through expedited (Next Day, Second Day, or Three Day Select) shipping. Therefore, one of our terms of selling merchandise is that the customer allows sufficient time when ordering merchandise to correct a problem which could potentially occur. If you have a deadline, you will need to pay expedited shipping charges. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us to keep prices favorable! |
